Click “Start Consultation” from the home page without login or Click “Strat a Consult” or “Start a Visit” from your dashboard after logging in. Create and log in to your patient on alphacareinc.com or the AlphaCare Inc. mobile app to join your video visit.
Your healthcare provider will meet you online when they become available for a scheduled visit. You will receive a reminder by email and/or SMS before your scheduled visit time, 30 minutes and then 5 minutes before the scheduled visit time.
Please note that you cannot join your video visits through Skype or FaceTime. Instead, you must be available for online consultation through your AlphaCare Inc patient account using a desktop computer or mobile app.
