You need to register with us to set up your account. You can visit the website from your desktop or download the AlphaCare mobile app. Click on Register on the top right corner and follow the steps to create and verify your patient account.
AlphaCare virtual care appointments are currently limited to the United States only.
AlphaCare mandates the creation of individual accounts for each person. Hence, if your family members wish to use the service, they would need to have their own accounts. An alternative option is to purchase a virtual appointment for them, for which you would make the payment.
However, in this scenario as well, the family member in question must establish their own patient account for the online consultation to take place.

Set up your account now and we will confirm your eligibility (in case of insurance). If you are not eligible for AlphaCare through insurance, don't worry, you can still avail certain AlphaCare services for a fixed fee per consultation.

Our telehealth services are delivered by a network of U.S. board-certified internists, family doctors, primary care physicians, and psychiatrists licensed to practice medicine in the United States.
AlphaCare Inc. is a HIPAA compliant telemedicine service provider that respects user confidentiality. Your all personal information, and medical history is safe and secure with us. We do not share, distribute or sell medical information of our patients or any unaffiliated third party.

Our consultation fee is non-refundable. However, we may refund if a health care practitioner doesn’t provide you with a treatment plan or if you cancel the online consultation (terms and conditions apply.)
